Simple, comfortable, self-contained

The bunkie has two bedrooms — one with a queen bed, one with two twin beds — a living area with TV and comfortable seating, and a kitchenette for prep with a mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. A wall-mounted heater and a window air conditioner keep things comfortable through the seasons, and a private deck looks out over the meadow toward the tree line.

  • 2 bedrooms (1 queen, 2 twin)
  • Living area with TV
  • Kitchenette, mini fridge & microwave
  • Coffee maker
  • Wall heater
  • Window air conditioner
  • Private deck
  • Long private driveway
Good to know: the bunkie has heat and electricity, but no running water or indoor plumbing. Drinking and wash water is provided via water jugs, and there's an outhouse on-site in place of an indoor bathroom. It's a genuinely rustic, unplug-and-relax kind of stay — full details are in the liability waiver.

Where It Sits

Set apart, and easy to find

The bunkie is the smaller cabin at the left of the clearing, marked below — a short walk from the main house but entirely its own space, reached by its own stretch of the driveway.
